Hi there! It's me Sarthak. I am a 26-year-old aspiring polymath and technocrat, driven by a deep passion for innovation and a desire to create positive change in the world. As a software developer and data enthusiast, I have always been fascinated by the power of technology to solve problems and drive business success. But my interests go far beyond mere technical proficiency - I am a lifelong student, always seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in a wide variety of fields.

For me, learning is not just a means to an end - it is a lifelong pursuit that I find endlessly fulfilling. I believe that the best way to grow and develop is through a combination of experience, formal training, and self-directed learning, and I strive to adhere to the 70:20:10 rule of development in all aspects of my life.

While I am passionate about many areas of technology and business, two areas that are particularly close to my heart are AI and green technology. I firmly believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize the way we live and work, and I am always eager to learn more about how it can be used to add value to businesses and benefit society as a whole. Similarly, I am deeply committed to finding ways to leverage green technology and clean energy to help fight climate change and global warming, and to ensure a sustainable future for our planet.

Ultimately, my goal is to use my skills and knowledge to co-create value with others, and to contribute to my country's emergence as a global superpower. I believe that the key to achieving this lies in fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to lifelong learning, and I am excited to continue on this journey of growth and discovery.

  • Collaborated with the research team to design, develop, and maintain application using R, Shiny, and Leaflet JS library. Delivered exceptional assistance in planning, designing, and conducting research experiments. Assisted in conducting research related to urban planning, data science, and geospatial analysis. Link

  • Collaborated on another project involving Web Ontology Language (OWL) and RDF data integration with spacecraft data, leveraging SPARQL for querying, and successfully created a comprehensive dashboard to visualize the combined datasets.

Delivered successful implementations by working across a scrum team of 15 using agile approaches.

• Transforming semi-structured JSON data to structured data. For this we used Databricks platform and Spark for distributed data processing/cluster compute engine. For data storage we had AWS S3 as CSP and Databricks DBFS or Databricks File Storage System.

• Performed ETL with PySpark + SQL to organize ingested batch file (JSON) and stream data to bronze, silver and gold table and maintain multi-hop Delta Live Table DLT pipeline or maintain a medallion architecture. Used Spark structured streaming processing engine to query infinite data source for incremental data processing.

• Process Change Data Capture CDC logs made to data using DLT. CDC involves processing of identifying and capturing changes made to data to the data source and then delivering those changes to the target.
